Toge goreng Bogor or beansprouts fried Bogor is one of very yummy street food. Originally from Bogor (an hour from Jakarta) but easly found every where in Jakarta. This yummy dish made from,of course, a beansprouts mixed with noddle, tofu and oncom ( sundanese fermented soy-bean). People usually eat toge goreng with stick rice. This savory food serve in small portion. It's really good a light meal.
